On the 26th of April 2014, at the Zoo Garden Bitola, the Centre for Development of Pelagonija Region promoted the educational coloring book. This book is developed within the project “Innovative educational programmes enhancing the environmental resources of the cross border region Pelagonija/ Florina- ZOO INNOVATIVA”.
On this event present were the youngest citizens from Pelagonija region, who had the opportunity to have fun time and to be educated about the Zoo garden Bitola. The educational coloring book is intended for the preschool children, but it can be also used in the elementary schools. Through the coloring book, the children will have the opportunity to learn more about the animals, the importance of the protection of the biodiversity, as well as through the creation of positive attitudes towards the animals and their protection.
