On Thursday and Friday 12 and 13 December in Bitola in organization of the Training Centre of the Secretariat for European Affairs of RM in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Government of RM and the Center for Development of Pelagonija planning region conducted was a two-day training on subject Introduction to the IPA.
The training was designed for representatives of the municipalities of the Pelagonija region and the Center for Development of Pelagonija planning region. On the training session in both days covered were all instruments for utilizing the pre assessing funds of the EU as well as all the opportunities and ways for R.M to apply for these funds. Explained were and the rules and principles for completion of a project application, forming of a logical frame of a project and the basics in the application and submission procedures.
