On 17 and 18 October 2013 in Prilep and Bitola was awarded certificates for successfully undergoing training in “Introducing the LEADER approach". These certificates were awarded to participants who attended the training within the first year of the project "Introducing and Implementing the EU LEADER approach in Pelagonia region” which is being implemented by the Centre for Development of Pelagonia region in partnership with USAID
“Small Business Expansion Project – implemented by Carana Corporation. Three Local Action Groups will be registered in the next period in the Pelagonija planning region, and that will mark the start of the second year of the project. In the second year, participants will go through the process of developing local strategies for rural development, trainings, project management and a study tour to exchange experiences with local action groups from neighboring countries.
