On 25.06.2013, in the neighborhood Gorno Orizari, a joint demonstration exercise using above-ground fire hydrants by the fire units from the Pelagonija region and the region of Western Macedonia was held.
This demonstration exercise is in the framework of the project "Developing Cross- Border Joint Fire Protection plan- FIRESHIELD”, in which 140 above-ground fire hydrants were purchased for the Pelagonija region.The project " Developing Cross- Border Joint Fire Protection plan- FIRESHIELD” is funded under the Cross-Border Cooperation between Republic of Macedonia and Republic of Greece.
