On the 15th of May 2013 in Hotel Kristal Palas in Prilep was held training for: “Skills for conducting analysis of the territory”. This training was organized by Center for Development of Pelagonija region within the project “Introduction and implementation of the EU LEADER approach in Pelagonija region”.
The purpose of the training was to inform the participants about the term of “territory analysis” and why do we need to make analysis in the process of strategic planning. On the training were presented most used tools for making analysis, like SWOT and PEST, which are basics for preparing strategic documents. Results gained will be used in the next project phase in the process of preparing the strategy of the Local Action Group, which will be established in the Prilep micro region.
