From May 9th to May 15th, a study trip for exchange of experiences in the regional development in a country that is a member of the EU and a country with a candidate status was realized in Slovenia and Croatia, organized by the GTZ RED. Several organizations and institutions were visited during the study trip which shared their experiences with the participators from the planned regions.
The study trip was organized in the frame of activities for strengthening of the capacity of the local self-authority units in the part of local economic development and the Development Centers of the planned regions in the Republic of Macedonia. Nesad Azemovski, as a representative of the Pelagonija planned region had direct communication and collaboration with the representatives of the city of Rijeka and the development agency from this city “Porin”, as well as with the representatives of the Agency of regional development of Notrainsko-the kras region in Slovenia.
