On 10.21.2013 in Bitola a two-day workshop on the project for implementation of the handbook of the Rules for categorization of facilities was held, where 30 providers of tourist services in Pelagonija and employees in local economic development departments of the municipalities in Pelagonija region were present.
On the first day of the workshop, presented were the objectives and planned activities of the project "Implementation of legislation for categorization of tourist and catering facilities in Pelagonija region”, legislation for categorization of facilities and a review of existing conditions in the field of tourism in Pelagonija region ( statistical data, potentials, challenges ect.).On the second day of the workshop, more attention was paid to the Rules for categorization of tourist and catering facilities of small-scale, accompanying documents required for categorization of catering facilities and procedure of categorization of tourist and catering facilities of small-scale. At the end of workshop, participants received information about the public call for financial support in order to achieve the existing standards and their categorization. The public call is released under the project "Implementation of legislation for categorization of tourist and catering facilities in Pelagonija region ."
