On the 18th and 19th of April 2013 in Hotel Milenuim in Bitola was held workshop with topic: “Strategic planning for Center for Development of Pelagonija Region”, organized by the German Society for International Cooperation within the Program for regional economic development GIZ RED. On this event were attending participants from the Center for Development of Pelagonija region and from the Units for local government of the municipalities of Pelagonija region.
The purpose of the workshop was to define the priorities and goals of the Center for development of Pelagonija region for the period 2013-2017, to revise the mission and vision of the CDPR as well as to begin with preparation of their draft strategic plan. The strategic planning process should define the development of the institution through rational allocation of resources.
