On May 12th (Saturday) to mark Europe Day and the year of active aging and solidarity between generations, organized by the Center for Development of Pelagonia Region, the ZOO-Bitola, and the NGO Biosphere held the promotional event ‘Day of grandfathers, grandmothers and grandchildren’ .
The main purpose of the event was the launching and early rehabilitation of the ZOO children’s park which will be realized with the donation of the Association of Pensioners in Bitola. The event also represents a first activity in 2012 aimed at implementing the technical documentation for a complete reconstruction of ZOO in Bitola. Moreover, at the promotional day, the volunteers of Biosphere performed cultural content for the guests.
