Today in Bitola in organization of CEED Macedonia, USAID Macedonia and with logistical support of the Center for Development of the Pelagonia planning region a presentation of the project for support of small and micro size businesses was held.
The project is financed by USAID and implemented by CEED Macedonia as part of the regurgitation process of the third generation entrepreneurs and managers.
The presentation took place in Milenium Hotel Bitola with starting time at 11 :00 am.On this event present were more than 20 smallholders from the Pelagonia region.The USAID project for support of the small and micro size businesses with budget of 1.979.400 USD supports the growth of the entrepreneurs and their businesses through exchange of experiences, advices, tools for growth of the companies support in the process of export and investments.So far in this project included are more than 166 micro and small companies, created are more than 90 jobs and 135 opportunities for work. Organized are 3.415 individual training sessions, realized more than 100 collaborations between the companies of the region, provided is businesses support to 89 small and micro size companies and the first investment of 50.000 USD is realized.
The process of registration of the interested smallholders for participation in the project is opened until 31.12.2013.
