Center for development of Pelagonija planning region signed a Contract with the Ministry of local self-government of Republic of Macedonia for realization of new project: ”Extending the functions of the Centers for Regional Development in towards implementation of the activities / services supporting of the private sector”.
The main objective of the project is increase of the competitiveness of Pelagonija region through support of entrepreneurship and SMEs.
In the framework of this project developed and put into function will be interactive web portal for investing in the region, prepared and published will be an Investment Guide for Pelagonija region, upgraded and updated will be the regional data base for institutions and companies which offer services for development of the private sector and for direct informing of the sector of SME’s, organized will be info meetings and promotional events through the region.
The project was prepared in accordance with the Program for Development of Pelagonija planning region 2015-2019 in which determined was the need for actions for encouragement and creating new businesses, supporting existing businesses, improvement of the capacity of human resources and their alignment to the needs of the labor market
The project is supported under the Program for Institutional Support of the Ministry of Local Self-Government to potential investors in the planning regions in the Republic of Macedonia.
