Center for Development of Pelagonija region within the project “Introduction and implementation of the EU LEADER approach in Pelagonija region” on the 20th of June 2013 in Hotel Milenuim in Bitola organized meeting for: “Establishing of Local Action Group (LAG)”.
This meeting is the first of the three meetings that are planned to be organized in the three micro regions of Pelagonija in the upcoming period. On this event the members of the potential Local Action Group in the micro region of Bitola discussed the Memorandum of understanding for establishing of local public – private partnership as informal organization by the principles of the EU LEADER approach, they gave suggestions for defining the name and vision of the partnership and few specific objectives were set. The project: “Introduction and implementation of the EU LEADER approach in Pelagonija region” is financially supported by USAID Project for expansion of small businesses, implemented by Carana Corporation.
