Developing business skills and funding opportunities to businesses has been the subject of the third training team of the Centre for Development of Pelagonija planning region was organized in the period December 15 to 16, 2010 activities envisaged under the project "Building Partnerships".
Participants from the private and public sectors on the first day had the opportunity to build entrepreneurial skills, to study the SWOT analysis, to better know their market share and appropriate models to study how to expand and be familiarized with the marketing mix concept and the benefits he brings with its proper use. During the second day, participants through discussion and exercises analyzed balances, financial flows (connections and interdependence of the respective balance sheet items and categories) and capital structures of companies. Comprehensive presentation was given about the possibilities for financing a business, or ways in which companies have the opportunity to reach fresh capital for financing their current operations or investments undertaken.
