The sixth training from the project “Building partnership” on theme “Developing project proposals financed form the accessible EU funds and the community programs” was held in Bitola from 16th till 18th March, 2011. The training was intended mainly for the representatives from the local self government for the municipalities of the Pelagonia region.
Lecturers, the experts Mr. Yuri Cobal and Mr. Mario Veljovich, were brought by the Macedonian Center for International Collaboration. The first day of the training the representatives from the local self government were introduced to the methods of strategic planning in the EU, principle intelligent regions, and SWAT analyses. On the second day a map with all the stakeholders and decision makers of the region was made, as well as the approach for the Logic frame. The following day the project proposals were elaborated and technically analyzed. This training was very active, with a serious approach towards the matter which leads to many open discussions and idea exchange. Expected results are well trained authority in the process of preparing the application for project proposals financed by the accessible EU funds.
